We bring out all the dishes, meat or vegetable curries, stir fry or salad, soup, relish at the same time. All dishes are arranged on the table and people are sitting around the table and eat together. Here I have made a traditional Hta Min Waing (meal time) with red lentil soup, sweet pork and caramelised curry and morning glory salad. Hta Min Waing is very important for every family as we all gathered together and having chat and enjoying the family cook specialities.
