Japanese Ramen chain enters Myanmar

World famous Japanese ramen noodles restaurant Ippudo opens its first ever branch in Myanmar at newly opened Junction City Shopping Mall in downtown Yangon.

The restaurant is set to open in May and it offers its three global noodles dishes together with an a la carte, appetizer and beverages.

The branch is operated and managed by Singapore Myanmar Investco Company (SMI) and the company previously announced that it will expand the restaurant in other cities in Myanmar in future.

SMI also has franchise agreements with Crystal Jade group, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
