JICA to complete Bagan data center soon
The construction of Bagan Visitor Data Center will be completed in March aiming to provide all the tourism information of Bagan Archeological Zone at one location.
Local based The Myanmar Times reported that JICA started the construction in early February and it will cost about $150,000 for the entire project.
The center is situated at the place where an old primary school was existed. The agency takes responsibilities for center construction and providing technology supports.

After the completion, the information center will be transferred to related ministry from the region.
In 2016, over 283,000 visitors came to Bagan, the ancient city in central Myanmar.
