Myanmar wants to boost hospitality standard with the help of Thailand

Myanmar showed its willingness to boost the country’s tourism related service standards with the help of Thailand during a recent joint seminar on hospitality management development.

The event was organzied by Thailand’s Krung Thai Bank in cooperation with Myanmar Hotelier Association and held on October 22 at Taw Win Garden Hotel in Yangon.

Travel experts with over 30 years of experience shared the hotel management and international standards of hospitality services.

An official from the association said local hoteliers must prepare for the competition with the foreign firms in the industry as they are entering to Myanmar with good management ability and technical skill.
