Pan Pacific Yangon to open in 2017
Developers of the Junction City project in the heart of Yangon are expecting to complete its five-star hotel project by late 2017, Deal Street Asia reported.
Pan Pacific Yangon Hotel, the 25-storey 5-star hotel with 348 deluxe guestrooms and suites, is a part of the Junction City mixed-used development, which also comprises a shopping center, residential towers, Yangon’s largest car parking facility and an office tower.
The developers- Shwe Taung Group, Singapore’s Keppel Land and the Pan Pacific Hotel Group- plan to invest $300million on the Junction City Project. Phase One of the project includes grade A offices, a Pan Pacific hotel and a shopping center.
The hotel will be opposite Bogyoke Aung San Market (also known as Scott Market) and will offer dining options at an all-day dining restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and a lobby bar. It will also offer meeting facilities with a pillar-less ballroom and meeting spaces. It will also include a swimming pool, fitness centre and wellness spa..
