Shwe Taung opens first phase of Junction City
The phase one of Junction City, one of Myanmar’s large scale real estate projects in downtown Yangon, has been officially opened last week.
Shwe Taung Group announced that it opened the office tower and shopping center from the phase one of the mixed-used complex on March 31 and the third component, Pan Pacific Hotel Yangon, is set to be opened in fourth quarter of 2017.
The 23-storey Junction City Tower is constructed on 33,400 square meter site and offers ready-to-move-in Grade A office spaces.
The Junction City Shopping Mall has 240 boutiques featuring with world famous brands like Coach, Hugo Boss, Versace, DAKS, Etienne Aigner, Love Moschino, PANDORA, BreadTalk, Crystal Jade Kitchen and IPPUDO ramen.
The shopping mall also includes a food court and five cineplexes with large screen theatre technology from Koera.
